Visitor on the pricing page runs a 6-person agency and wants one bill for about 40 client sites, each with its own domain. The AI explained workspaces and the Pro plan, but the question is about volume pricing, which isn't in the help centre.

Maria connected acme-dental.com and fixed her missing www CNAME an hour ago. DNS now checks out, but the HTTPS certificate has sat in our queue for 3 h 04 m (normally under 10 min), so the dashboard still says Verifying. Nothing the user can do; this looks like our certificate queue.

Not reproduced (first try). Edited and published /services on staging from the editor; the live copy updated. Her route has a trailing slash, mine didn't. Need to know how she published.

Reproduced on staging. Any route ending in /:

  • Publish commits the new version (v14)
  • The purge drops the trailing slash, so it misses the cached page
  • The live site serves the old copy until the cache expires (up to 24 h)

Confirmed, it's a bug on our side. When a page's address ends in a slash, publishing saved your change but didn't refresh the live copy.
